Feral or community cats can have hundreds of litters in their lifetime, which produces tens of thousands of cats from each litter. TNR- Trap, Neuter, Return, is the safe and humane way of trapping feral cats, bringing them to TCAP for a spay or neuter, then releasing them back outdoors to control the population and prevent animal euthanasia in shelters.
